BIOS Update Instructions
=============================================================================

1. Get the latest BIOS revision from support.intel.com for your Intel(r)
Server Board SE7320SP2 / SE7525GP2.

2. Download this new BIOS (filename: BIOS_P05.EXE) to a temporary directory.
BIOS_P05.exe is a self extracting EXE file containing your SP2-GP2_BIOS_P05.EXE
image, readme.txt, and install.txt files.

3. Insert a blank floppy diskette into drive A:

4. Execute the downloaded file (SP2-GP2_BIOS_P05.EXE).

Note: The executable you downloaded will create a bootable floppy diskette
for you to flash your BIOS to the latest revision.

5. Insert the flash floppy diskette into the server that will be receiving
this BIOS Update

5. Power on your Intel(r) Server Board and boot server to the floppy diskette

Note: If server does not boot to the flash floppy diskette, be sure that the
floppy drive is selected in the Boot Device Priority within the BIOS Setup
program. To check this setting press F2 during POST to enter BIOS Setup
program. Select the BOOT menu option, and Boot Device Priority sub-menu. Under
the 1st boot device, press enter once and select 1st FLOPPY DRIVE, and press
enter. Press F10 and save settings. You will want to change this setting
back once the BIOS update is complete.

6. As the system boots to the flash floppy diskette, the disk will create
a VDISK (virtual disk, D) and proceed to extract the BIOS image files to
the virtual drive.

7. The BIOS update will begin automatically, using the AMI firmware Update
Utility.

8. BIOS Update is complete when a D: prompt appears.

9. Remove the floppy diskette and reboot the server by pressing
Ctrl + Alt + Del at the same time.

Note: Be patient after rebooting the server. Could take 30 seconds to a minute
POST display begins.

Note: If you experience a "Checksum" error, this is often normal. Enter BIOS
Setup program by pressing F2 during POST. After entering the BIOS press F10
and save settings. This will clear the Checksum error.
