Если после чистки, то скорее всего аппаратное.
Для начала, попробуй загрузиться в rommon

Посмотри память, устройства, файлы.
Посмотри регистр и настрой,если надо.
Попробуй загрузиться с другого места (tftp?) без конфига.

В ручную пробывал загрузиться с флешки из слота 0 -нифига, сново перегружается.
Я не знаю, проходит в ручную boot или нет. Как узнать?
Единственное что могу сказать, что я могу попасть в rommon либо держать reset 5-6 сек. Либо вытащить из слота 0 карточку. В остальных случаях, идет постоянная перезагрузка.

Отключал из rommon обращение к конфиг... ничего не изменилось.
SDRAM не менял. А если его не в тот слот засунули? Это не повлияет? Там два слота....
И вопрос сразу. SDRAM обычным компьютерный??? В запасах где то валяется планка...
Т.е. можно просто поменять???
Не знаю про резервный имидж.... поищу... а если нету, как быть?
